NYC 2021 this summer will be hot in July as always. In Manhattan anything and everything goes. Women want to be cool, casual and comfortable. Women wear a variety of tops such as tank tops, strapless, off the shoulder and cutout tops with their bottoms. Outfits are paired with flip flops, sandals, flats and sneakers.
