What should the MOB wear to a Puerto Vallarta Wedding in June?

What should the MOB wear to a Puerto Vallarta Wedding in June?  My daughter wants me to wear a champagne or soft pink dress in silk or lace. I prefer just above ankle dress with possible slit up front or high low. Girls will wear silk champagne color dresses, guys light blue with khakis… beach venue, from 5 pm on…. help!
