What should I wear to Outside Lands music festival in SF?  I am going to the Outside Lands music festival in San Francisco’s Golden Gate Park on August 11- 13.

Outside Lands is an outdoor San Francisco music festival held every year at Golden Gate Park. It features popular music groups from all over. Always check the weather a week before the festival takes place. Generally, the August weather in San Francisco is cool, in the 65 -70 degrees during the day and can drop to the 50’s at night.

Casual and hippie clothing is chic. Jean, leather/faux leather jackets and/or sweaters will keep you warm. Think layers when you dress each day especially if you will be attending concerts in the evening when the temp drops. Women wear everything and anything. Jeans, overalls, pants, leggings, tights, shorts, maxi dresses, skirts and dresses all will work. If you wear shorts or a mini skirt combine with leggings or tights for warmth.
