Celebrate Independence & Fashion! The colors of the American Flag red, white, and blue symbolize our independence and are the fashion colors for the 4th of July. It can be fun showing your patriotism and getting into the spirit of the holiday wearing an outfit with red, white and / or blue. Wherever you are going on the 4th, a picnic, parade or pool party or another event, it is fun putting an outfit together.

Look in your closet for what you have in the colors red, white, and blue. Start pulling some clothes together and combining pieces to see what you can come up with. You can end up with an all white outfit with one or two accessories in red or blue such as shoes, a belt, a hat, a piece of jewelry or a jacket.

Something in blue denim would qualify with a red accessory. Or a solid color blue top or red bottom with accents in red or blue are more possibilities. Of course stripes and stars are very chic for the 4th so don’t hold back.
