What boot height and color to wear with a below the knee dress? I have a just-below knee, turtleneck knit, white dress. I plan to wear it with a long camel-colored coat.

Boot height depends on what you are wearing and/or your height. Since your turtleneck style dress is just below the knee you can try knee high boots. If your dress does not cover the top of your boots you should wear higher boots.

Brown boots will be very chic with your white turtleneck dress and long camel-colored coat.
