What blouse to wear for an Indo-Western look?
What blouse to wear for an Indo-Western look? I have a grey organza, full flair skirt with small flowers on it. I would like to have an Indo Western look and/or an Indian look.
Indo-Western fashion is a combination of both Western and Indian cultures. Full skirts always look best with fitted tops. For an Indo-Western or Indian look a cropped top blouse would be very chic. Crop tops come in a variety of styles: long sleeve, halter and short sleeves.
A gray, silver metallic, or silver sequin crop top would be fabulous with a gray organza skirt. The color of your top can be the same color of the flowers on the skirt.

Cropped Tops
Cropped tops or the peek-a-boo look are hot trends emerging this season. Believe it or not cropped tops can be flattering on many ages as long as they don’t reveal too much skin. Less skin showing is more elegant, subtle and sophisticated. The hottest style is a boxy, square shouldered style cropped top worn with high wasited pants and slim and full skirts. Looks tres` chic worn with a pencil skirt.
After a certain age to look elegant in a cropped top layer it over a dress with no skin showing. When wearing it over or layering a cropped top try mixing textures and colors for a drop dead stylish look.
