What should I pack for a summer weekend in the country?
A weekend in the country can be so relaxing. A time to kickback and unwind. You don’t need to pack a lot of clothes in the summer since the temperature is usually warm. Two daytime outfits, one for Saturday and one for Sunday are enough. Shorts, cropped or ankle pants several colorful tees, or shorts and a sundress. Summer sandals will be perfect with your outfits. If you are planning to go swimming or having a tennis match, etc. bring the required outfit(s). Something casual for the evening that you can wear two nights (skirt or pants and two different tops, shoes) and a cardigan sweater in case it cools off. A hat to protect yourself from the sun, sunscreen and sunglasses are basics for any summer weekend in the country. Keep it simple!
