Should I wear sheer black hose or black tights with pink heels?

Pink and black are a great color combination. A black silk, one shoulder cocktail dress sounds dressy. Sheer black hose / stockings are a little dressier than black tights. However after a mirror test if you think the black tights look better go ahead and wear them. Pink shoes are a great way to give a black dress a POP of color.
