What can I wear for a TV interview?
What can I wear for a TV interview? I am being interviewed on TV and will be seated at a table.
For a TV interview at a table or any type of panel discussion focus on what you are wearing on your top, or what the audience sees. A tailored bold color top, such as a jewel tone, would photograph best. A colored top with stylish detail or a beautiful white blouse would be fabulous also. A small print can work if it isn’t too distracting. The top should fit you perfectly and the neckline should be flattering. V necklines are very flattering on most women but should not be too plunging. Small busted women can wear deeper V necklines than big busted women. Jewelry should compliment the neckline on your top. A long necklace that drops down towards the V would be chic with a V neckline. If your top has a high neckline you can wear statement earrings that highlight your eyes. A top with a cowl neckline looks good with a collar necklace. As far as makeup emphasize your eyes or lips. If your legs are visible be sure your skirt is not too short.
