Should I wear tights with a sleeveless dress, black on the top & black & silver skirt? I’m going to a wedding rehearsal dinner at a nice restaurant. The weather is supposed to be in the mid 40s. The skirt of the dress is flowy & goes a few inches below my knees. Should I wear tights, if so what color? Should I wear closed toe shoes or can I wear strappy heels?

Tights with a sleeveless dress will warm your legs and will be great in cold weather. Your dress for a rehearsal dinner sounds awesome. You can wear black tights or black opaque stockings with your black and silver dress. You can wear pump style or strappy heels with tights or colored stockings. Black shoes will look fabulous with your dress. If you want to draw attention to your face wear glitzy, quality, rhinestone earrings.
