What’s the dress code for the Telluride Film Festival?
Telluride Film Festival begins on August 30 and runs through September 2nd this year. What fun it must be to see new films before the rest of us can. The dress code is very casual (shorts, jeans) like athleisure outfits. If you are attending some opening night, parties, receptions, dinners or other glitzy event a few dressy tops with heels will upgrade your look. The weather will be in the high 60’s and 70’s in the daytime and getting cooler at night this year so think layers. Bring, sweaters, denim and / or leather jackets to keep warm when the temperature drops. You will be watching a lot of movies so wear comfortable clothing. Women like to wear statement jewelry such as trendy hoops, dangly earrings or interesting necklaces and fun pendants with their jeans and other low-key clothes.
