Megan Markle is well grounded and well-rounded woman. She was raised in LA by an African-American, single mother, who is a social worker. Her father is a white TV lighting director. Her parents were divorced when she was a young child. Megan studied theater and international relations at Northwestern University, which included an internship at the US embassy in Buenos Aires. She was the first person in her family to graduate from college.
