What can I wear to my sister-in-laws birthday party to impress without sticking out like a sore thumb? The woman of the hour has a shoe fetish & lots of cute dresses but normally wears jeans and “T’s”. There will be many out of town guests and the party is at a local bar and grill. I am 21.
