Scarves and Boots in Utrecht. After traveling around Belgium and the Netherlands it is apparent that two must have fashion essentials are scarves and boots. Most of these Utrecht street fashions were taken in the fourth biggest city in the Netherlands. Utrecht is a medieval city ringed by a moat and crisscrossed by scenic canals. This city is a university town with a lot of young people contributing to its vibrancy. Utrecht was bustling while we were there.
