What color stockings & shoes should I wear with a navy blue dress?

What color stockings & shoes should I wear with a navy blue sleeveless dress? It’s for my son’s wedding in a church but the reception is outside.

Your son’s wedding is very special. The color of your stockings and shoes can make or brake an outfit. Bone/neutral color, black patent leather, or silver metallic/pewter color shoes will all look fabulous with a navy blue dress. A closed toe pump style or closed toe sling back style shoe with neutral color stockings will look very chic. If you wear light color shoes ultra, ultra sheer nude color stockings will look the best. If you go with black color closed toe or open toe shoes you can wear sheer black stockings.
