Should I wear sheer neutral or sheer black hosiery? I am wearing a short, black, cocktail dress with a 4″ black, closed toe pump.
Sheer black hosiery would look very chic with a black cocktail dress and 4″ heels. Black hose with a black dress and black heels will give you a taller, slimmer look.
Ultra sheer, neutral, color hose will also work since you are wearing closed toe pumps. Try both color stockings on with your dress and shoes and wear the stockings that you think look most flattering.
