What can I wear to a preview of Murder on the Orient Express? We are invited to an evening preview opening of the new movie of Murder on the Orient Express. Invite specifies soda and popcorn will be served to the guests.
A preview to see a NEW movie is awesome. Movies are casual events. Soda and popcorn are a clue that this is not a fancy event. Wear casual pants / dark jeans and a sweater, blouse or cotton knit top. Another option would be a skirt and top with tights. Flats, ankle shoes, boots and low heel shoe styles are more casual than high heels. You can add a blazer to step up your look. Women do not get dressed up for movies unless they are fundraisers with cocktails and / or dinner. Enjoy!
