What accessories will rock a periwinkle blue dress?  The dress is for a wedding and it has a chiffon cape across the front of the chest and then it goes down the back.

A periwinkle blue dress sounds fabulous for a wedding. Silver shoes and accessories would look good with a periwinkle blue dress and would be festive at a wedding. You can wear sparkly (quality rhinestone or diamond) jewelry with silver shoes and a silver or silver sequin bag. Another idea would be to carry a colored clutch (something with blue in it) instead of silver if your jewelry and shoes are silver. Other colors that would work with periwinkle blue are shades of violet, beige, tan, black and gold.
