Pantyhose, stockings or tights will keep you warm with a short pink sequin dress. Ultra sheer, neutral / nude color pantyhose look very chic if you are wearing closed toe pumps or closed toe sling back style shoes. Open toe shoes are chic with tights or colored stockings. Unless the weather is mild and you have tan legs don’t go without stockings on New Years Eve. Pantyhose / stockings give you a more polished look.
