Would bare legs, neutral tights, black opaque or sheer black tights look best? My dress is a fitted shift, deep pink magenta & matching color shoes. This is for an indoor wedding in February.

All the legwear choices you mentioned would work with a magenta color dress. Try the different options on with your dress to see which looks the most flattering. Sheer black tights or ultra sheer neutral stockings would probably be great with your deep pink (magenta) fitted shift dress, and matching color shoes. Sheer black or opaque black tights will work with closed toe or open toe (peep toe) style shoes. Ultra sheer neutral color stockings / tights would look chic if your shoes have closed toes. Keep in mind that stockings give you a more polished look.
