What style other than fashion shoes to wear with pants?
I have several pairs of pants that I don’t know what shoes to wear with. One pair are ankle pants that cover my ankle and are tapered at the bottom. The second pair is similar but the bottom of the leg is wider, more like a straight legged pant. The third are shorter and fall right at my ankle but are not tight or tapered, just straight. I don’t like heals or very feminine looking shoes. All the fashion advise online is about heals and very fashionable shoes.
Fashion shoes are not always called for with pants. Since you do not like feminine looking footwear look at classic loafers, oxfords, chunky shoes or ankle boots. Classic loafers and oxfords can be worn with all the styles you mentioned. Shorter and wider leg pants look good with chunky shoes or ankle boots. Wear classic loafers or oxfords with tailored ankle pants that cover your ankle. Pants with wider leg bottoms can be worn with chunky style shoes. Shorter ankle pants that are not as tapered would look good with chunky shoes or ankle boots.
