What can I wear to a fall wedding?
This year many a fall wedding is being held outdoors because of the Covid-19 virus, making the decision of what to wear more challenging. A weather check, where the ceremony is taking place, is necessary since it is usually cooler in the fall.
Dress up in dresses, with sleeves, jumpsuits, and pant outfits in practical fall colors, such as deep red, purple, blue, gold or orange. Prints in dark colors are also chic for fall weddings. Heavier luxe fabrics such as velvet or jacquard will keep you warm. Glitzy is good for a fall wedding however anything you wear will need a coverup of some kind.
Footwear should be comfortable. Closed-toe style shoes, wedge styles, shoes with block heels or boots are good for outdoor weddings. Top your outfit off with festive nail polish and a stylish mask.
