What kind of stockings & shoes can I wear for a date? I plan on wearing a short, Chinese dress for a dressy, dinner date in Michigan in November. I want to look trendy in a classy way but not stick out like a sore thumb.
A dressy dinner date sounds awesome. Michigan can be cold in November. If your Chinese style dress is a dark color you can wear black or sheer black stockings with black pumps, slingback or peep-toe style shoes. Neutral or nude color stockings will also look classy with closed-toe pumps or slingback style shoes with lighter color dresses. Stockings look stylish and will keep your legs warm.
