Neutral / cream color heels can probably be worn with a red and black dress. You just have to try them together to see how they work together. Bring in another item like a handbag in a neutral / beige color to tie your outfit together. You can wear black or red shoes & carry a black handbag and look very stylish if the neutral / beige color shoes don’t look good. Don’t be afraid to experiment. When in doubt don’t!
