What should a bride wear to the rehearsal dinner?
The rehearsal dinner is a pre-wedding ceremony in the United States tradition. Usually hosted by the grooms family. These dinners are held after the wedding rehearsal and the night before the wedding ceremony. The guests generally include the married-to-be couple and others who form the wedding party. Out of town guests are sometimes invited. What the bride wears to the rehearsal dinner depends on where it will be held; a casual or more formal venue. In most cases it is a more casual affair than the wedding. However if it is being held in an elegant restaurant she can dress up more. You can ask the future husbands family or party host for the evening dress code. Simple is always elegant such as tailored pants or skirts and a top or a simple sheath.
