What is the blurred lip makeup trend?

The blurred lip or gradient lip is the latest lipstick trend. It gives the lips a softer out of focus look. There are a number of ways to achieve this look. One way is to apply moisturizer on your lips first. Then apply your lipstick to the center of your lips and with a clean lip brush fade the lip color outward and on the lips.
