It is very popular to wear a blouse and a jacket with the blouse showing below the bottom of the suit  jacket. However if you don’t think your shell / blouse looks good with just the back of your blouse showing or you feel uncomfortable wearing it that way don’t. You can try tucking it in or go to plan B and wear another blouse / top.
