Should I wear black strappy or closed toe style shoes?
I am wearing a teal wrap dress & a black cami. It is for a September wedding . It starts at noon & is at a local banquet facility with a bar (told to wear whatever is comfortable).
Black strappy style shoes or black closed toe style shoes would both be awesome with your teal color dress for a September wedding. If you have good-looking legs that have a nice color you can go bare-legged and wear strappy heels or open toe shoes. You can wear closed toe shoes with or without stockings. (It is not considered stylish to wear ultra sheer stockings with strappy or open toe shoes.) Try your different options on to see which looks most flattering. Stockings give an outfit a more polished look for special events.
