Can I wear stockings & peep-toe pumps with a dress?

Colored, patterned or toeless neutral / nude color stockings or tights all can be worn with a dress. Peep toe pumps are to show off your painted nails. It is not considered stylish to wear neutral color stockings with peep toe shoes because you can get a web-footed look.
