What color stockings to wear with a navy dress? I have tan and navy shoes not sure what color stockings to wear with the dress and shoes. It’s my step daughters wedding.
A navy dress and navy shoes can be worn with ultra sheer neutral/beige/nude or sheer black stockings. If you wear tan shoes with your dress wear ultra sheer neutral/beige/nude stockings.
If your shoes have closed toes they can be worn with or without stockings if your legs look good. If you have sandal style or open toe shoes you can wear sheer black stockings with black shoes. It is not considered chic to wear neutral/beige/nude color stockings with open toe style shoes.
