Can I wear a heart necklace with different tops? I would like to wear a heart necklace with a butterfly print shirt, a tee that has one big heart on it, and another tee that has hearts all over it.

Heart necklaces are very different so what you wear with different tops will depend on how the necklace looks with your top. A simple heart necklace in silver, gold, diamond (sparkly), or pearls would work with any of your 3 tops or any tops.
